WholeCommunityKY.com is a website focused on supporting teachers and students in Kentucky’s public schools by connecting them to each other, and to resources – all with a focus on wellbeing.
To launch WholeCommunityKY.com, IDEAS xLab worked with artist Todd Smith – who engaged active and retired teachers, and developed an arts activity and preliminary set of action groups to support their wellbeing in a time of remote teaching and evolving expectations.
WholeCommunityKY and the Kentucky Artist Innovator in Health Residency are made possible with support from the National Endowment for the Arts and a County Health Rankings & Roadmaps Community Collaborative Learning Fund award.
This website was developed with support from the Public Health Department of Garrett County in Maryland, as an adaptation of their Universal Community Planning Tool (UCPT).
